العسل
هذه نبذه بسيطه عن خليه النحل
العسل : فوائد العسل كثيره جداا منها للعلاج
أما عن طعم ورائحة العسل وخاصه في هذا الموسم (السدر) ما فيه ألذ عنه بالعالم (بتنسى حياتك)
وتتكون خلية النحل من ( ملكه - الشغالات - الذكور )
1- وظيفة الملكه (وضع البيض)
2- وظيفة الذكر (تلقيح الملكه) علما تلقح الملكه مره واحده في حياتها
3- وظيفة الشغالة (صناعه العسل وأطعام الملكه والأهتمام ببيضها والحراسه وغيرها...)

اليوم عندي تقريرعن كيفيه جني عسل النحل
وفي هذه الأيام يكون موسم عسل السدر
نبدأ بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
أولا : الأدوات المستخدمة ( سكين - مقص قوي - وعاء - حبال صغيره - مدخنه - عصا)
ملاحظة / سيتم أستخدام جميع الأدوات أعلاه في جني العسل
ثانيا : بعد تحديد خليه النحل أشعل المدخنه (الدخان يهدىء من حركه النحل)
ومرر الدخان على الخلية
ثالثا : أقطع الغصن الذي به الخليه بحذر وبدون عن تعمل أهتزازات قويه بالخليه (بأستخدام المقص القوي)
ومن ثم أقطع الأغصان الصغيرة التي تحيط بالخلية لتسهيل العملية

رابعا : أجلب العصا ثم أقطعها بالنصف ومن ثم أفعل مثل في الصوره
(العسل سيكون في أعلى الخليه وفي الأسفل سيكون مكان لتكاثر النحل)
خامسا : أفصل بين العسل وبين مكان تكاثر النحل في الخليه بالسكين مثل ما هو موضح بالصورة أدناه
ولا تنسى وضع الوعاء أسفل الخليه حيث يتساقط قطرات العسل بها (مع ربط جانبي العصا بالحبل)
بعد فصل العسل عن الخليه لا تنسى ربط جانبي العصا بالحبل حتى تكون متماسكه
وهذا جزء الأعلى من الخليه بعد قطعه (العسل) في الوعاء ومن ثم يعصر العسل
سادسا : وأخيرا يتم أرجاع الخليه إلى مكانها وربطها في مكانها السابق بحبال من قماش
